Spiced Mule
A spicy riff on a Moscow Mule that uses spiced rum and angostura bitters with ginger ale to add a warming kick to a well-loved classic that’s finished with a mint sprig.

Ingredients

35ml spiced rum
125ml Golden Ginger ale
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters and a Mint Sprig

Method

Fill a highball glass with cubed ice.
Pour 35ml spiced rum, and fill the rest of the glass with Schweppes Siganture Golden Ginger Ale.
Stir to combine
Garnish with a mint sprig.
